What is Zebay's return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at zebay.ind@gmail.com. If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label with full instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

My item is damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
